The staff were approaching, the breakfast I had was great on the sunny roof top. The location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of a main square. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was excellent.

We had a really nice stay with customer service.
The double room that we stayed in was attractive and spacious. The location was magnificent for walking around a traditional medina garden. All members of the staff were hospitable.

After all the hype, this place was a total disappointment. Waited 1.5 hours for our room, and the shower was practically non-functional. You'd think they'd offer an upgrade for the trouble, but no.
